Swedish Massage - the most popular form practiced.  It is used for therapeutic use, relaxation and stress reduction.  Long gliding and gentle kneading techniques are used to release tension in tight muscles.

Deep Tissue - a combination of medium to deep pressure focusing on trigger points to stimulate and release soft tissue tension.

Chair Massage - a fully-clothed, relaxing, stress-reducing and body relief massage for one's soft tissue problem areas.

Body Treatments

This service is a one and a half hour facial for your whole body. During this treatment we focus on cleansing, exfoliating, and hydrating the skin. During the treatment, we will cleanse the area to warm and soften the skin. The exfoliation process removes dead skin cells that build up overtime due to cold weather, sun exposure, and basic wear and tear on the body. This will leave your skin feeling smooth and velvety soft. Full body treatments are beneficial for everyone!

Consult with a doctor before booking it you: are currently pregnant, diabetic, have eczema, active acne, ulcerations, phlebitis and/or have large wounds. This treatment should not be done immediately following a wax.

BEFORE PREP

•24Hrs. before your spray tan you must EXFOLIATE, EXFOLIATE, EXFOLIATE ! •Shave at least 24HRs. before your spray tan •Try and shower at least 8-12Hrs. before •Avoid moisturizer, soaps, lotions, makeup & deodorant after shower, before appointment •Wear dark lose clothing to your appointment •Wear loser appropriate shoes •Remove jewelry •Stay hydrated

AFTER CARE •Avoid getting wet directly after your spray tan. Sweating, crying, spilling something on your skin, or getting stuck in the rain! •Refrain from doing anything 24Hrs. after getting your spray tan •Wait at least 8-24 hrs to rinse. You may rinse in less if instructed by your spray tan artist •When rinsing, rinse off in warm water (no washing your hair and body just rinse) •Rinse until the water is clear •Avoid using any loofahs, scrubs, anything abrasive to help tan last longer •You may apply lotion after you are air dried or tap/blot dry from rinsing off. No wiping •You may purchase our lotions to help maintain tan •Avoid skin to skin contact before rinsing off the cosmetic bronzer

**Dress too your comfort

**The cosmetic bronzer is what you see rinsing off in the shower. Do not worry! Your spray tan takes 24Hrs. to fully develop. This is because of the DHA

Enjoy this cleanse, scrub, exfoliate, mask, moisturizer and toner facial. We use a high frequency tool to help with stubborn acne. It also shrinks pore and reduces fine lines and wrinkles. All followed by an arm and hand massage.

Back Facial - $65 Enjoy a relaxing back facial strictly just on your back. The back is the most stubborn area to get by ourselves. We use steam to start opening the pores and lift up an impurities. Following scrub to help exfoliate then dead skin and get a deeper clean. Extraction is done if you have any acne. Lastly you will have a mask applied, followed by a moisturizer to leave your skin feeling refreshed and glowing.
